THE POSITION:
As Formosi's Outside Sales & Marketing Rep, you'll be our fearless champion in spreading the word about the pros we partner with. Your mission is to captivate customers, boost brand awareness, and generate jaw-dropping results. This position is UNLIKE any other Outside Sales job you will come across.
Formosi is a boutique agency, but we do not deliver boutique results. With our approach to marketing everybody in our circle wins.
- Clients receive an influx of new local clientele, with training on how to retain new clients
- Customers who purchased from Formosi get to experience top tier professionals in their area
- Formosi wins the love and respect of the beauty and wellness community from consumers to professionals by going outside and sparking conversations
Salary
- $18 - $25 Per Hour DOE
- Commissions & bonuses that recognize your performance

Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned territory and meeting points during the day
- Face-to-face interactions with potential target customers
- Share compelling marketing promotions and close sales
- Be a fantastic communicator who can pitch services with flair
- Educate customers on beauty and wellness treatments
- Have a thorough understanding of Formosi steps and procedures for conducting sales
- Learn and adapt to Formosi’s sales process
- Utilize the tools and training provided by Formosi to hit sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Have a polished appearance with an eager and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Must be coachable and eager to learn new marketing and sales skills
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a high-intensity sales environment
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong ability to collaborate with a team while working independently and manage time effectively
- Fearless and persistent, with a knack for turning obstacles into opportunities
- Competitive spirit and willingness to take accountability
- Must have reliable transportation, cell phone and valid driver’s license
