Requirements:

(Formosi may require a portfolio or examples of your work depending on the role that interests you.)

• Must have a working laptop
• Must have reliable transportation for local travel 
• Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms 
• Highly self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic
• Assist with optimization and creation of engaging content for various channels/platforms
• Proficiency with Google suite
• Other duties and projects as assigned 
• Flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment

Skills:

• Exceptionally organized with excellent time management skills 
• Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
• Outstanding ability to multitask and take initiative
• Confident demeanor and high comfort level interacting with all personality types
• Insatiable desire to learn and ability to adapt to changing routines
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to work diligently independently but can also collaborate well with a team

Internship Training Program Details:

The Formosi SkillBridge Marketing Internship Training Program is an up to 180-day internship program that has been approved by the U.S Department of Defense for all branches of military service. This program is designed to prepare participants for a seamless transition out of the military and into the marketing industry. 

This program is open to active duty, reserve/guard, veterans, and military spouses. Active duty service members are eligible to participate in this program within the last 180 days (6 months) before their last day of military service. 

Formosi is committed to helping interns in this program further their careers by immersing them within our operations and providing the opportunity to learn invaluable career lessons.
